Chamomile
We initially thought Chamomile was a well known flower that was only associated with calming teas during the cold/flu season. It is so much more than that! This flower not only calms stress, but it also supports digestion, inflammatory conditions, and various skin conditions. Chamomile can be used internally as a tea or tincture, as well as, externally in a soak, compress, poultice, oil, salve, or cream. Because this flower has so many benefits and uses, we knew we needed to grow it on our homestead.
